Join us for a monthly interactive Q&A session designed to support your understanding of accreditation matters related to your role in PA education. These sessions offers a chance to connect directly with ARC-PA experts, clarify any questions, and discuss insights gained from the video presentation. Whether you’re seeking deeper explanations on specific topics, practical tips for applying the content, or simply a collaborative space to engage with fellow participants, these sessions are here to help.

Please refer to the registration form for the dates and times of the scheduled office hours. Advance registration is required for all participants.

To ensure a productive session, attendees are encouraged to submit their questions online prior to the event. Participant questions submitted prior to the session will be discussed as time permits.

ARC-PA Accreditation and You Workshop

Atlanta, GA

January 19-21, 2025

This in-person workshop will provide PA program faculty with an overview of the accreditation process, including sessions designed to give participants the opportunity to ask questions and discuss the interpretation of individual Standards 5th Edition.  It focuses on bringing the Standards 5th Edition and required data reports together as working tools for programs. Sessions will address the application and site visit, data collection and analysis over time for the self-study report and specific Standards cited most often during accreditation reviews.

This activity has been reviewed by the American Academy of Physician Associates Review Panel and is compliant with AAPA CME Criteria. This activity is designated for 14 AAPA Category 1 CME credits. PAs should only claim credit commensurate with the extent of their participation. Approval is valid from 1/19/2025 to 1/21/2025. AAPA reference number: CME-2012550.

Dates and Times:
The Accreditation and You Workshop begins at 12:00 PM (ET) and adjourns at 5:00 PM (ET) on January 19th. On January 20th and 21st, the workshop begins at 8:30 AM (ET) and adjourns at 5:00 PM (ET).

Space is Limited:

Register early, as spots fill up quickly.  Individuals serving as consultants to programs are not eligible to attend.

Registration:

This Registration Form is due by January 10, 2025. The ARC-PA will send confirmation of registration to the email address(es) listed on the registration form.

Fees:
The Accreditation and You Workshop registration fee is $2,000 per person. The fee includes all meeting materials, breakfast, lunch, and snack breaks. Registration fees must be received by January 15, 2025. Payment may be made by ACH or check payable to ARC-PA, Inc. The ARC-PA does not accept credit cards.

Travel:

Attendees are responsible for making their own travel and hotel arrangements. Air and transportation arrangements should not be made until confirmation of payment is received.

The ARC-PA is currently working on finalizing hotel information. Once your registration is confirmed, the ARC-PA will provide you with instructions to book your hotel accommodation.

ARC-PA Self-Study Workshop
Atlanta, GA

January 22-24, 2025

This interactive workshop will help participants understand and apply the elements of data analysis and appropriately document a robust ongoing self-assessment process.  The workshop will require participants to actively engage in data analysis as it relates to the Self-Study Report required of programs undergoing accreditation review under the Standards, 5th edition.  Attendees will be asked to bring their individual program data applying concepts learned at this workshop to complete a portion of the ARC-PA self-study report.

This activity has been reviewed by the American Academy of Physician Associates Review Panel and is compliant with AAPA CME Criteria. This activity is designated for 18 AAPA Category 1 CME credits. PAs should only claim credit commensurate with the extent of their participation. Approval is valid from 1/22/2025 to 1/24/2025. AAPA reference number: CME-2012548.

Path to Accreditation: ARC-PA Provisional Applicant Workshop

April 24-25, 2025

Hyatt Centric Midtown Atlanta Hotel, Atlanta, Georgia

This workshop is designed for individuals involved in planning for initial provisional accreditation, offering a comprehensive overview of the provisional accreditation process. It will provide an orientation to the Standards, detailed guidance for preparing the initial provisional application, and preparing for the initial site visit.

Dates and Times: The conference begins at 12:00 PM on Thursday, April 24, 2025 with sessions until 5:30 PM (snack provided). On Friday, April 26, the conference begins at 8:00 AM (breakfast, lunch, and snack provided) and adjourns at 3:00 PM.

Space is limited. Priority registration will be given to programs attending for the first time and appearing on the Commission’s 2026 agendas.  Limit two attendees per program.

Registration Form: The Registration Form is due by February 14, 2025.  The ARC-PA will send confirmation to the email address(es) listed on the registration form.

Fees: The registration fee for the ARC-PA Provisional Applicant Workshop is $,2000 per attendee.  The fee includes all meeting materials and meals as outlined above.

Registration fees must be received by March 7, 2025. The ARC-PA does not accept credit cards. More information about the payment of fees will be sent with conference registration confirmation.

Air, hotel, and other travel arrangements should not be made until registrants receive registration confirmation from the ARC-PA.

Travel: Attendees are responsible for making their own travel and hotel arrangements.

Hotel: The conference guest room rate at the Hyatt Centric Midtown Atlanta Hotel is $199 per night plus tax, based on availability, single or double occupancy.  The hotel is 20 minutes (12 miles) from Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport. The ARC-PA has reserved a limited block of rooms from Wednesday, April 23th to Friday, April 25th.  To secure a hotel room at the conference rate, hotel reservations must be made by March 25, 2025.

Cancellation policy for ARC-PA sponsored events

1.Registrants who are unable to attend an event for any reason may substitute, by arrangement with ARC-PA, someone else from the same institution with no additional expense, if the substitution is at least 3 days before the event.

2.If a registrant is unable to attend an event and a substitution is not an option, the following refund arrangements will apply:

a.Registrations cancelled 30 days or more before the event will be refunded 100%.
b.Registrations cancelled 15 to 29 days before the event will be refunded 75%.
c.Registrations cancelled less than 15 days before the event will be refunded 50%.

3. Refunds will be issued within 2 weeks after the event.
